When will my items ship?

Because we make your items to order we need time to make your items fresh.

Orders are shipped the same week they are ordered.

We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure that items are not held in warehouses or trucks over the weekend.

What are shipping costs:

All shipping costs are based on orders shipped within the continental 49 states. We  currently offer a flat shipping fee of $15.00 per order. 

All Canadian and Hawaii orders will be shipped according to actual weight and distance.

Bourbon Bonbons uses UPS to ship your order.  In addition to carefully packing each order, we add either cold packs or dry ice depending on the time of year. “Our goal is to provide you with a great shopping experience from order to delivery”.

 

Special Orders:

We encourage special orders. You can select from the Bourbons listed on our Shopify store.

You can ask us to make a special batch of Bonbons for a special selection. Please follow the instructions on our site.

We will do our best to source the spirit you desire and will charge accordingly. You can send us a minimum of 16oz of your favorite spirit. We will make a minimum of 54 Bonbons at $3.00 each for your Custom Bonbons. 

Returns:

We do not accept returns. 

Damaged Shipments:

Based upon the circumstances we will either offer a credit for the damaged portion of the shipment or remake the order and ship at our expense. The customer MUST provide pictures of the outside of the box and the contents. All claims must be filed with us within 3 days of receiving the items. It is our decision as to which if any option is offered.

Shipping Chocolate:

Bourbon Bonbons has been shipping chocolates since 2017 in all months and every weather condition. Our policy is to ship on Mondays or Tuesdays. If the shipper can deliver in a 1-2 day period we will ship later in the week. Each box will contain the necessary amount of ice packs and/or dry ice to maintain the integrity of the Bonbons. In the hotter months, a small amount of melting is possible. We reserve the right to not ship during excessive heat situations.
