We utilize cold-insulated packing that contains dry ice and ice packs during the Summer months with outside temperatures above 70 degrees Fahrenheit on average.

Bourbon Bonbons uses UPS to ship your orde. In addition to carefully packing each order we add either cold packs or dry ice depending on the time of year. “Our goal is to provide you with a great shopping experience from order to delivery”. Due to the chocolate nature of the product, we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid packages being held in the shipper's unairconditioned warehouse over weekends. Cold packs will delay melting but cannot eliminate it totally.
